Vilmos Rózsavölgyi EASA Vezető Vizsgáztató

Vilmos has worked as the Head of Training, Chief Flight Instructor, and Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor for several flight schools and became a flight examiner in 2016. Today, he is also the holder of an EASA senior flight examiner authorization for all his examiner privileges. Over the years, he has been behind numerous successful aviation projects, including Agro Aero 2000 Ltd. and Rivair Pilot School. Currently, he serves as the Accountable Manager and Head of Training at RV Air Ltd.

Felkészülési Terv

Let the examiner handle administration - do not contact the aviation authority yourself

Come well prepared - study like it's a final exam

Ensure everything is ready - aircraft airworthiness, documentation, licenses, medical, flight plan, fuel, NOTAMs, weather

Assess your own skills honestly - do a refresher flight if needed

Rest well and stay hydrated before the checkride

Stay calm - examiners want you to pass

Don't argue if you fail - use debriefing for feedback

Műveleti Folyamat

Phase 01

Step 0

Identify what you need: Initial skill test, Proficiency check, or Assessment of Competence

Phase 02

Step 1

Provide aviation background - examiner will handle authority communication

Phase 03

Step 2

Schedule date after documents review, weather confirmation usually day before

Phase 04

Step 3

During checkride: Follow AFM, AOM, and training org's ops manual. Calculate performance data. Examiner does not take control unless for safety

Phase 05

Step 4

After checkride: Debriefing with results. If passed, examiner sends docs to authority. If failed, specific feedback and training recommendations provided
